DELIVERY DATES AND TIMES
Monday - Friday:
All orders must be received by 1:00PM (in recipients time zone) for same day delivery.
Saturday:
All orders must be received by 10:00AM (in recipients time zone) for same day delivery.
Sunday and Public Holidays:
We do not deliver on Sundays and Public Holidays. Any orders placed for these days will be
delivered either before or after the requested date – our experienced florists will determine a
suitable date for delivery of your gift.
If your order is urgent or you are unsure as to when your flowers will be delivered, please
make sure you contact us via email or phone so that we can make sure your order is made a
top priority.
Gift Baskets
Our Gift Baskets are dispatched from a central location and delivered by Toll IPEC. We
dispatch our baskets at the most suitable time to meet your delivery date requirements,
taking into account the delivery lead times below. However, in some cases the actual date of
delivery may vary due to Toll’s workload.
Simply select your preferred date from our date picker when checking out and we will dispatch
your gift basket to arrive on this date in most cases.
Monday - Friday:
Orders received by 3:00PM EST are dispatched same day, then standard delivery times apply.
All orders must be received by 10:00AM AEST for Same Day Delivery (available Sydney Metro
only). All gift basket deliveries are made during business hours.
Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays:
We do not deliver on these days. All deliveries will be before or after the requested date.
NSW: Same Day - 3 Days
VIC: 1 - 5 Days
QLD: 2 - 5 Days
ACT: 1 - 3 Days
SA: 3 - 5 Days
WA: 2 - 7 Days
NT: 4 - 7 Days
TAS: 4 - 7 Days

SPECIFIC DELIVERY TIME REQUESTS
Ready Flowers uses a combination of store delivery drivers and courier services to have your
gifts delivered. Where possible we will attempt to meet specific delivery time requests,
however due to the nature of the delivery services used it is not always possible to ensure
specific times of day are accommodated.
If your order has a firm delivery time requirement or is urgent, please make sure you contact
us via email or telephone so that we can advise delivery availability.
DELIVERY FEE
Unlike other florists, we don't build the delivery fee into the price of your flowers, so you know
exactly what you are paying for. Our Australia-wide delivery fee is $9.90 and is added to your
order at the checkout. Some non-metro and remote locations require special delivery services
to reach (eg. Mine sites and some rural towns). If this is the case for your order there may be
additional delivery charges. These will need to be applied after your order has been placed
and before it can go ahead - one of our operators will contact you in this instance.
SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS
If you have special delivery instructions, please make sure that you tell us on your order. We
have provided you with a "Special Instructions" field so that you can do so. Please make use
of this field to indicate whether your gift is being sent to a commercial address.
CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel your order a $15.00 cancellation fee will apply, except if it is within 24
hours of the scheduled delivery date. If you wish to cancel your order with less than 24 hours
until the scheduled delivery date, you’re your order will attract a 50% cancellation fee. Orders
that have already been prepared and/or scheduled for delivery cannot be cancelled.
Please Note: We will make every effort to meet your timing requests, however due to the
high volume of orders, the exact time of delivery during the day cannot be guaranteed.
Deliveries to commercial addresses will be made during business hours. Deliveries to
residential addresses MAY be made outside business hours, as this is generally the most
convenient time for the recipient.

ORDERS CONTAINING ALCOHOL
Gift basket and flower order containing alcohol may only be purchased by persons aged 18
years or over.
